There are literally thousands of people who have enjoyed the results they had with hcg and these successes may lead to people wanting to lose more weight and do another round. A round is 46 days or around 2 months of your journey with the HCG diet program. The 23 day or 1 month program is what we call a short round. But if you want to proceed with the next round and lose more weight, you will have to take a break and wait. Otherwise, it wont work anymore. Your body needs to recharge, reset and flush out the increased HCG in its system before you begin again. You would not want your body getting immune with the effects of HCG. Once, your body gets immune from HCG then it wont be as effective or even worse, wont work in your weight loss goals anymore. Wait to lose more weight! That is the key, there are more guidelines about this discussion if you want to learn more about it, you can read “HCG DIET ROUND TWO” before jumping off on another round

Will a 2nd or 3rd or 4th round still be just as effective as the 1st round?

Yes, every round of the HCG will still be effective as long as the necessary breaks in between rounds have been followed. However, do take note that your first round usually gives the highest results (if you do it correctly) since this is the round where you have the most weight to lose. Because the HCG diet melts off only abnormal fats, the closer you are to your goal weight, the slower will the losses register. This does not necessarily mean that round 1 loses are the greatest all the time for everyone. Some dieters have their greatest loss during their second round since the they are more knowledgeable of how their body reacts to food and are able to plan their meal better.

But at the end of it all, the HCG will work at all rounds up until when you have no more abnormal fat to shed.
