Just thought I would share a simple recipe that was taught to me by a fellow dieter. It’s easy to prepare so it’s busy-person-friendly.. =D
What you need:
–> Chicken breast, 100 grams
–> Chicken broth, 1/2cup
–> 2 tomatoes, medium-sized, diced
–> Cayenne Pepper Sauce, 2 tablespoons
–> Onions, 1 teaspoon, minced
–> garlic, 1 clove, crushed & minced
–> Oregano, 1 pinch
–> Black pepper
1. Sauté chicken w/ garlic, onions, & a tablespoon of buffalo sauce until it is lightly browned.
2. Add the chicken broth and deglaze the pan. Then add tomatoes and black pepper to taste.
3. Simmer while stirring gently for 6-8 minutes. Add more water or chicken broth until you have a light sauce. Top with fresh oregano and serve.February 11, 2020 at 10:32 am #254

It’s been a while since I checked out this site. Got too busy with school, trying to comply requirements and trying to cram so much while studying.
