    It’s not unusual for our eating habits to go out of hand when you consider being stuck at home with nothing to do. When we’re bored, or have minimal activities, we tend to look for food. This is called emotional eating, and most often than not, we give in to the thought that we are hungry, and so we eat. When in fact, we are not really hungry, we just eat because we’re bored. This will then lead to an unhealthy – and unsightly figure – due to the return of those evil abnormal fats. Arrrgggh.
