Egg Confusion

    There’s usually some confusion about whether you can eat eggs or not during the diet program. Yes, you may eat eggs but you may only consume them sparingly. The maximum that you could have is 3 egg whites + 1 whole egg per meal and you could only eat it once or twice a week. The way you cook them matters a lot too.
