    As a dieter, we are told to be careful with what we eat, that we are supposed to develop good eating habits and to turn our head the other way when presented with processed foods and junk foods with no nutritional value. We are also weary of foods that may contain toxins or humongous portion of foods that would go straight to our thighs. But what we should also be aware of, is that some foods that we thought was harmless, or even healthy, might actually be the culprit for our weight gain.     I’ve always thought that avocado is a healthy fruit. Avocado is my favorite. Now I have to stop hording them if I am to lose weight. *sad*
