    Let’s face it. For most of us, junk foods and processed foods are a constant presence in our everyday life. We can’t deny the fact that these foods are addictive. Remember when you get stressed and crave for happy food? I bet for most of us, our happy food falls under the processed foods category, or the junk food category. And just like any other addiction, it could be uncomfortable, or sometimes even impossible to stop ourselves from damaging our bodies more.

    Good for us, the HCG diet is able to help us get rid of our junk food cravings. With this diet, it will be easier for us to train ourselves to eat healthy since the cravings for junk foods are eliminated. Thus, no matter how addicted we are to them, it is still possible to eventually turn our backs on them.
