    Let’s accept it, pregnancy tend to give women baby weights that makes them lose their curves. But we, women, gladly welcome it knowing that there is a bundle of joy inside us just waiting to come out to the world. But we can’t deny that no mater how cute that little baby we gave birth to, we wouldn’t want to keep the extra belly fat for remembrance, right? We don’t need it and no one can stop us from wanting to get rid of it the soonest possible time. Though this could be quite challenging, with the help of the HCG diet, you can get back in shape quick.
    But hold your horses. As exciting as the idea would seem, it is important that we do it the right way to get the most out of this. Oh and by the way, you can’t start the diet immediately after giving birth.

    Why are we not allowed to breastfeed while on hcg diet? Isn’t it that HCG is natural in the body during pregnancy and many women breastfeed while pregnant?


    You cannot be breastfeeding while on the HCG diet mainly because being on a very low calorie diet will affect your milk production. Also, some veterans say that if you do the diet, the HCG that you have injected will free the abnormal stored fats which would also free out the toxins that are store in those fat tissues. Accordingly, some of this toxins may get into the milk. Therefore it would be best to wait to lose fat until after your baby has weaned from breastfeeding.
