    How you load on P1 is as important as other phases because this is a pre-requisite for your course to run smoothly.

    In this phase, you may eat anything and everything your heart desires. Make sure you get to also stuff yourself with all of your favorite foods because you wouldn’t be able to have them until after you’ve completed your HCG round.

    Besides eating you favorites, the original manuscript advises us to frequently eat foods that are highly concentrated with fats during this phase. This includes, but is not limited to the following:

     

    • Milk chocolate
    • Pastries with whipped cream
    • Fried meats
    • Eggs
    • Bacon
    • Mayonnaise
    • Bread with thick Butter and Jam

     

    It is not simply loading up that’s important at this phase, but rather, it is loading up “right”. The foods you load up with also influences how your body would adjust once you’re at Phase 2. The more healthy fats you consume, the better.
