    This recipe is sooo good, you won’t be able to differentiate it with your pre-diet spaghetti!

    * 1 serving of angel hair miracle noodles
    * very lean ground beef, 100g (if you can look for an organic one that is at least 97% lean, that would be great!)
    * organic stewed tomatoes, 1 can
    * 2 cloves of garlic

    1. Brown your ground meet in a skillet. If you want, you could also add a few tbsp of organic beef broth to help give flavor. Also add any P2 friendly seasoning that you like to add taste. (Italian garlic powder and pepper is also a good choice)

    2. Once done, drain any fat and now add the stewed tomato and garlic. Simmer for a few minutes.

    3. Add the noodles, and boil it so that some of the excess water from the tomatoes will evaporate.

    4. Mash your garlic into the dish and you’re done. Serve while warm.
