    A lot of those doing the HCG diet tend to get confused whether or not it is okay to exercise during their protocol. If we Dr. Simeons’ original protocol, it is stated in his manuscript, Pounds and Inches, that a long duration of extreme physical exertion while on the HCG diet may increase your weight due to water retention. Though this may be temporary, the weight gain may lead some to think that the protocol is not working and eventually will make them lose the will to continue their round until completion.

    However, for those who have always had a very active lifestyle prior to starting the protocol might just get the chance to incorporate a bit more exercise into their round. Check out HCG DIET + EXERCISE to know the right way to add some of those exercises.
