Thank you for sharing the article. It was definitely very informative. Now I’d just like to know if I can still make use of lavender oils when I do detox baths in P2? This lavender oil is very relaxing and this has been a staple in my bath even before I planned to do the HCG diet.
There have been discussions from new dieters that they sometimes experience headaches during the first weeks. Is there any medication I could take if I am unable to tolerate the headache? Unfortunately, I have low pain tolerance when it comes to headaches.
I have been doing sublingual HCG during my previous rounds and I wanted freeze-dried HCG because it was what I was prescribed when doing sublingual HCG. This time, I ordered overseas because it is way cheaper than what I get it for from the local clinic. But when the package arrived, I realized that I mistakenly ordered the one with the injection kit. Is the HCG used for injection the same with the HCG used for sublingual? Will it still work if I use the HCG that came with the injection kit to mix my sublingual? My usual dose is 250 IU per 2mL dose of sublingual HCG. According to the label of this HCG vial from the kit, each mL of the vial contains highly purified HCG 10,000 IU.
Will this HCG diet really help with belly fats? It is really a very hard struggle form me to getting rid of it.
This is not specifically about vitamins but about doing detox. I was advised that detox baths is beneficial when done during the protocol. Any suggestion of detox plans that can safely be used with the diet?
I think I need a dose adjustment. I have been feeling extremely hungry even when I’m having my shots. I believe that I am not supposed to feel this hungry during this protocol and this could be a problem of dosage? How should I be adjusting my dose?
I will be having a series of business meetings next week so I will be travelling and be back home the week after. Would it be fine to simply end my round prematurely? I’m thinking it would be more convenient to just start a new round after the travel so I wouldn’t have to worry about what I can eat while I’m away.
Congrats Sandra! I’ve been struggling with losing weight right now. It’s been 2 weeks and I just lost around 5lbs.

Im willing to give this a shot since I have always planned to lose weight but im too lazy to start up. Looks like fear of COvid is a good motivation. Im just quite confuse. There are several articles in the internet that I have read about HCG but some of them says different things like dosage and restrictions and stuffs. (cant remember all of them)
I’m nearing the end of my round and I’m a bit nervous if I could really keep the weight off. The fear of not being able to handle stress and going back to my bad habits worries me. Any advice?
Uh-oh, I didn’t really think about what’s in the wine until I stumbled in this thread. For me, wine is wine. whatever its content is. LOL. Though, I wouldn’t mind if anyone will share a useful advice on choosing wines. Anything that will help me stabilize better is very much welcomed.
