you can do gym but you cannot carry heavy weights while on this diet. Your body just wouldn’t make it.
If you can hold your hunger for the entire day, then have the steak day but if you can’t, the apple day will do.
I had apple day before too when I stopped losing weight.
You can do a light jog, or some body weight workouts (pushups, sit ups etc. ) but don’t do it to the extent of pushing your body to its limit. Just a casual exercises intended for a healthy lifestyle. Nothing more.
You need to know your purpose when you’re going to the gym. if it is for building up a bit of muscle to give you a better shape, then it wont be practical since you’ll need more food to aid your body’s recovery. Otherwise, you wont progress that much at all and you just wasted your time and effort.
It’s just a few months of holding back and depending on you. I’m sure the gym can wait. XD
You’ll need to rest up your body so it doesn’t get immunity from HCG
125 IU is what is in the manuscript
Hi Trisha! The HCG diet works. It worked for me, I don’t see why it won’t work for you. =)
How does it actually work? i need something Like just a dumb down explanation.
I’m obese and have tried so many diets more than I could count. I can’t seem to reach my goal weight because I give up before having any significant loses. And it’s even harder to sustain the little loss I was able to achieve. It just comes back and more! But now I’m desperate with this pandemic haunting me. I really need to lose weight. More and more people here in my community are getting infected. I am really praying that the HCG diet would be my redemption.
I think since it’s been a few months into the pandemic where I come from and as a skeptic, from what I’ve seen, it does target the obese population more than fit individuals. How? well, the obvious presents itself: overweight. For any given outbreak or disease, the more likely candidates we become victims to our demise *sips tea*
