I’ve always thought that avocado is a healthy fruit. Avocado is my favorite. Now I have to stop hording them if I am to lose weight. *sad*

I’m glad meal replacement shakes are now available in the market. I was worried that with the fast-paced lifestyle that I have, I won’t be able to follow the HCG Diet especially if I can’t be 100% sure that I could prepare and cook all my HCG meals.

I believe I need to practice controlling my stress before I start with the HCG diet if I want to be successful. Because for now, stress is the least controlled aspect of my life. Praying that this Covid Pandemic would end or get controlled soon. It definitely contributes to my stress level.

I believe I’m gonna suffer on the 1st week of this diet since I’m a carb lover. I’m gonna go through both Carb withdrawal and carb crash for sure! haha.

Hmmmm. It would seem that I’d have to give up more than just food if I go through this diet. haha. Thanks for linking the article. Oh well, I think I’d survive with foundation, masacara and lipstick.

I’m planning to lose around just 6 pounds. Just need to get rid of my belly fats. Wouldn’t a 26 day protocol be too much?

That’s good to know. I tend to get grumpy when I’m hungry and my boyfriend gets grumpy with me if I’m grumpy. lol.

Will we not feel hungry if we skip an injection and still eat only 500 calories?

So, from all the topics under this recipe forum, I had to click the topic with dessert on its title. I was actually shocked dessert was allowed in the HCG diet. I know it’s not in the entire diet, but at least, there’s something to look forward to while I’m doing the diet (“IF” I decide to do it). haha. The No Crust Pumpkin Pie seems interesting. hmmm…

Okay, so I had to agree with those who commented that you should have been immune to needles. I always thought nurses don’t fear needles. I guess now I know one who does. haha. I’m a bit hesitant with the needle too. But I’ve got the excuse of not being a nurse or doctor and not having been near any needles for most of my life. lol. I’m gonna bookmark that article in the event that I do decide to do the diet. Reading Tip#2 “Don’t panic about the possible pain from the needle.” already made me panic. lol.

Hey admin, hey Lauren! I’m new here and just curious about this diet. I don’t have too much weight to lose but would want to loose my belly fat – doesn’t seem to be able to get rid of them through exercise. *sad*
Will check out the forums and see if this diet is for me.

P.S. Lauren, I’d love to know if if you’re gonna push through with it.

P.P.S. I’ve always been amazed with single moms being raised by a single mom, too. Proud of you girl!
