    hello everyone, I hope you are all doing fine out there. I work at night and i’ve got 2 jobs so Im quite busy. I want to lose weight but I dont have time to do much activities and exercise. I have heard that it’s fine with HCG. Do you guys think that it’ll work for me this time? I really pray it does.

    I’ve been seeing posts how “dieting” to lose weight is the way to fight obesity and not enough stress on the importance of exercising daily or preferably 3 times a week (literally, ‘die-ting’ if you catch my drift). Guys I cannot stress enough how exercise coupled with eating the right types of food will help you lose weight.
    Walk your dog! Just don’t forget to wear your facemask 🙂

    I didn’t know about water retention caused by sore muscle. So I allowed myself to go back to the intense workouts I have been doing before the diet. I thought that since I was already increasing my calorie intake, I could start working out again. This then lead me to a weight gain. When I learned that the weight gain was due to water retention, I stopped my workouts and did some walking instead. But walking is just toooooo boring and it doesn’t make me feel as if I’m exercising. Any other activities that I could do as an exercise?

    I’m nearing P3 and would like to know if I could already go back to my usual hygiene and cosmetic products (shampoo, conditioner, lip balm, lipstick)?

    My doctor advised me to stop taking all vitamins during P2 since I have Vitamin B12 mixed in with my HCG shots. I think the fruit and veggies are already enough to give you your needed vitamins.
