I always believe to not try to do something else and stick to the plan and instructions provided. You’ll just have to live with it for a month or so and y’all good after that.. Sucking it up will always be my advise to those exploring other ways.

Yes, that is correct. But once you have chosen a day, it should be a fixed skip day. If you have chosen Monday, then it should always be on Mondays. This is to lessen the chance that you forget when your next skip day would be.

Yeah, sometimes the body has a mind of its own. At times it even responds differently even to food. Like me for example, I found out that I was sensitive to melba toast even if it is in the approved list. I gained when I eat it during the diet while other people have no problem with it. When I removed the melba toast, my loses were great.
Thanks! I’m hoping I would end this round without gaining back a few pound later on. I’m bummed to hear that I won’t be able to workout much though. What determines itself as “strenuous”? What can I not do?
Thanks Luna! I did follow your advise and didn’t resume my injections during my TOM. I stopped my injections for 8 days. Yeah, I tend to have long periods of menstrual flow. I even had 11 days before that. Anyway, I didn’t have any hardships when I stopped the injections during TOM. So I guess,Dr. Simeons was right.
