As I have mentioned earlier, it helps you with hunger. it’s very difficult to only take 500 calories a day and resist hunger. also, you dont want losing your muscles as well when you’re losing weight. it wont look good and it’s unhealthy.

The HCG does not make you lose weight. It is the very low calorie diet. The HCG helps you to stop being hungry and have your abnormal fats burned first. Without HCG, during a low calorie diet. You burn good fats, bad fats, muscles all together.

Cant I just take hydroxychloroquine while doing HCG? I just want to make sure that Im protected while im weak from the diet
My weight has stalled for 3 days yet I’m only on day 12 of this round. I’m not sure what to do. I’m getting discouraged. I haven’t even cheated.
I’m planning to do just 2 rounds of this diet and go for the minimum of 6 weeks break because I’m hoping to be done before my daughter’s wedding. When doing a 6 weeks break, does this mean I need to do 6 weeks of P4?
I’m a bit nervous to introduce back starch when I get to P4 in a few days because during my previous round, I gained a few pounds when I got to P4. I think I’m sensitive to starches. Any advice?
At what point of the diet are you now? What is the rate of your loses?
Your loses will not be affected if you skip your second fruit. Though, you do need it as part of your fiber intake to maintain a good bowel movement so it would still be best not to skip it if you can.
